Background: Zoom made a change to Settings on 4.23.2020 after 4pm.
The issue: As a host or co-host, you are in a zoom meeting and see a "Support" button but don't see a "Breakout Rooms" button (as shown below).
You are not seeing "Breakout Rooms"
The solution:
1. Install the latest version of Zoom (4.6.12 or higher). Tutorial
2. Check your settings in the web-interface as outlined below.
This change affects Breakout Rooms. The change defaults the In Meeting (Advanced) setting to Remote Support. When this happens it stops Breakout Rooms. You cannot have both Remote Support and Breakout Rooms running at the same time.
To turn on Breakout Rooms users must go to (https://zoom.us/profile/setting) Settings>In Meeting (Advanced)>Breakout Rooms = On and Remote Support = Off
